Dieting

There have been some sensible talks lately about Diets and Dieting. I always believed that there is no point in extreme Dieting, like excluding Carbohydrates from your diet, etc. Many of my friends did that and relapsed back sooner or later, getting fatter (oops!), than before!!

On the other hand, some people would avoid sugar & sweets (which is a good thing), BUT would eat a plate full of rice and big portions of ‘other’ food.

Basically, everything in excess is BAD, and most foods, in moderation, are fine.

Exercise, is the only responsible for 10-20% of your weight balance. The remaining 80-90% is what you eat, BUT, exercise has numerous cardiovascular and other benefits, so DO Exercise, regularly!!

  1. Heard a unique angle from a friend. Worrying about what and how much to eat will harm you more than what you actually eat . Mindful eating and emotional wellbeing are two things that can massively impact the food regime.
