High protein frozen fruit shake (rich in fibre and antioxidants)

Handful of frozen berries or any fruit like mango papaya pineapple etc. (or fresh)

1 scoop of protein shake (strawberry / vanilla etc.) Don’t worry of you don’t have this.

1 Tablespoon yoghurt

10-15 almonds

Handful of dried seeds (considered to be one of the superfoods)

Some fruit juice – apple / orange / pineapple (can use water as well)

Mix all in a blender for 30 seconds – ENJOY !!

Avocado Coriander Chutney  (full of antioxidants and polyunsaturated fats)

1 Ripe Avocado

1 Bunch of Coriander

1 Tomato

1 piece of ginger

4 cloves of garlic

4 Tbsp yoghurt

1 Tbsp Olive oil

1 Tsp Cumin seeds

1 Tsp salt

1/2 Tsp Rock salt

1/2 Tsp Turmeric

4 green chillies (optional)

Blend in a mixer for 30 secs- ENJOY with anything!!
