I met Dr R Mathur when My son Charlie Phillips was in Ealing Hospital Special Care Unit for six weeks from mid September to early November 2014. I can not speak highly enough of Dr R Mathur of his work whilst my son was under his care. There would be twice weekly rounds where Dr R Mathur would encourage questions and would always make you feel that you were part of the decisions being made for your child. It is an extremely stressful and worrying times for parents and Dr R Mathur has a calm and kind nature which really helped and reassured me.I knew when I left my baby at night in the unit he was getting the best care under Dr R Mathur. After my son left the unit, Dr Mathur was still available for advice and we had regular clinics where I could continue to ask questions which was very important to me as my son was in hospital in total for three months including his first six weeks and it was not a ‘normal’ journey of having a baby. My son Charlie Phillips is doing really well and that is due to Dr R Mathur and his team at Ealing.

Our 8 months old daughter was seen by Dr Mathur after she has suffered from rash on her face for over 4 months. Diagnosis was just a light at the end of the tunnel. All questions answered and further treatment plan given. Very professional doctor with excellent knowledge of pediatric allergies.
