I have recently started doing regular Yog by watching Baba Ramdev (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ramdev). I always say, ‘Something is better than nothing’

The important thing in any exercise programme is sustainability. If you do an intensive programme for few weeks and then stop completely, it is of no use at all. Rather, if you do a little bit and persevere it forever, it will definitely help you.

This series of exercises (Mon – Sun), are easy to follow and can be done according to each person’s capability. He does tell about contraindications and do avoid if you have any of them like heart disease, back pain, hernia etc.
