Yoga for Better Health

I have recently started practising yoga regularly and have found it to be an enjoyable way to stay active. In my opinion, consistency is more important than intensity, and even a small amount of daily exercise can have long-term benefits for overall health and wellbeing.

Daily Yoga Videos

The following videos provide a simple daily yoga routine that many people may find helpful for improving flexibility, mobility and overall wellbeing.

The yoga videos below are easy to follow and can be adapted to each person’s ability. However, if you have a medical condition such as heart disease, severe back pain, a hernia or any other health concern, you should seek medical advice before starting a new exercise programme.

The most important part of any exercise programme is consistency. If you follow an intensive programme for a few weeks and then stop completely, the long-term benefits are limited. However, doing a small amount of exercise regularly and maintaining it over time is far more beneficial.

This series of yoga exercises (Monday to Sunday) is simple to follow and can be practised according to each person’s ability. The instructor also explains situations where certain exercises should be avoided, such as in people with heart disease, severe back pain or a hernia.
